Key responsibilities:
Oversee production planning and management activities within the organization.
Develop production plan and timelines according to production specifications.
Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and also production specifications.
Work flow planning and schedules for production departments.
Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery.
Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements.
Conduct weekly meetings to keep track of production schedules.
Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to management promptly.
Proper communicate with sewing, cutting, lasting, finishing, in sole-Out sole for knowing the production status of running order. If any discrepancy then discus with respective production Manager.
After all to assist the respective Deputy general Manager, operation by giving various information regarding on production status and also supply materials for respective order to avoid any discrepancy.

Educational Status: bachelor’s / Master’s in leather college / University
Experience Requirements: 1 or 2 years
