Reports to: Manager - Human Resources
Key Responsibilities:
Needs Analysis & Program Design
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments by gathering data from various sources (e.g., employee surveys, performance reviews, manager feedback, skill gaps analysis).
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including classroom training, workshops, online courses, simulations, and on-the-job training.
- Ensure training programs align with organizational goals, business strategies, and individual development plans.
Training Delivery & Facilitation:
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to employees at all levels.
- Utilize a variety of training methodologies and tools, including presentations, discussions, role-playing, case studies, and hands-on exercises.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through various methods, such as pre- and post-training assessments, surveys, and observation.
Training Materials & Resources:
- Develop and maintain a library of training materials, including manuals, presentations, workbooks, and online resources.
- Source and manage external training vendors and resources as needed.
Employee Development:
- Support employee development initiatives, such as mentoring, coaching, and career path.
- Maintain accurate records of employee training and development activities.
- Stay abreast of the latest training methodologies, technologies, and industry best practices.

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in training and development within a manufacturing or industrial setting

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
