Job Title: General Manager- Admin, HR & Compliance
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
- Analysis manpower, monitor manpower requirement as per approved manpower plan & subsequent recruitment, selection & placement.
- Ensure a fair & transparent talent acquisition process including job profilers & circulars within standard time.
- Need to conduct job analysis including fixing job description, job specification, position analysis.
- Handle disciplinary actions, grievance resolution, and conflict management.
- Develop strategies for central recruitment system & retention process.
- Prepare & Implement HR policies.
- Need to work for developing the KPI based performance appraisal system for the company.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Manage Recruitment training and evaluation.
- Manage employee records, payroll coordination, leave, and attendance.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies in line with legal requirements.
- Plan and execute performance evaluations, staff training, and development programs.
- Assist in manpower planning and departmental HR coordination.
- Maintain documentation for audits and HR compliance reporting.
- Manage executive calendars, arrange meetings, and draft professional correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with BMET and Ministry for file submission, approval, and follow-up.
- Maintain confidential files, agency documents, and communication logs.
- Handle travel plans, internal scheduling, and logistics for Managing Director
- Act as a communication bridge between management and departments/government offices.
- Assist in organizing company events, inspections, or audits.
