So Jamuna Group is hiring GM - HR, Admin (Electronics & Automobile Factory)

     

    Jobs Responsibilities

    • The incumbent is mainly responsible for overseeing human resources, administrative functions within Jamuna Electronics & Automobiles Ltd. (Factory)
    • Ensuring proper Manpower budgeting, Recruitment, Placement, Training and Development, Welfare, Compensation & Benefit, Evaluation, Increments, Promotion & Dismissed.
    • Developing, updating and implementing different policies and procedure pertaining to the strategies of administration.
    • Developing operational regulation and Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) that ensures efficient management of company resources.
    • Implementing effective performance management system and ensure company objective and target are continually achieved.
    • Implementing staff training and development initiative that enable employees to upgrading their skills and helps in developing a talent pool.
    • Understanding and executing the interviewing process, benefit administration, payroll, and other HR function.
    • Following Plant Administration with responsibilities: Safety, Security, looking after transport & fuel, utility management, Supply chain security management.
    • Handling logistic support, sub contract deed & agreement, Trespassing preventive to ensure industrial safety & security & industrial housekeeping.
    • Liaison with government and non – government agencies, protocol, traveling, office decorum, office administration, companies asset and documents maintain, suppliers dealing, procurement & store inventory.
    • Office and facilities management & Factory management including accommodation for staff and employees.
    • Working closely with corporate legal, government organizations and external stakeholders on legal and business issues.
    • Managing employee relations, conflict resolution, employee welfare services and counseling.
    • Managing and coordinating organizational grievance system and disciplinary proceedings.

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Department, Business Administration from Reputed University. MBA degree preferred.
    • PGD in Human Resources, Personnel Management, and Industrial Management will be an advantage.

    • At least 10 years
    • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
      Garments, Textile, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Spinning

    Additional Requirement

    • Age at least 35 years
    • Only Male can apply
    • Must have knowledge on staffing, manpower budgeting, hiring, training & training development, compensation, PMS, sectional KPI & firing.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bangla & English.
    • Self-driven and innovative attitude and have problem solving and decision making skills with capability to work in teams.
    • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
    • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
