Job Context

Looking for a knowledgeable Account Executive who can work with motivation and increase department accuracy and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day to day accounting functions of the Brokerage House.
• Manage and maintain uptodate book of accounts as compliance with the accounting principal, rules and regulation
• Preparing Weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements and reporting to management.
• Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
• Posting the transaction on software.
• Maintaining proper coordination with the internal and external auditors and satisfy audit queries
• Maintain up to date accounting system, including computer data entry and paper file system accurately.
• Checking the monthly reconciliation statement, such as Bank reconciliation, Receivable reconciliation, Payable reconciliation, etc.
• Maintaining all loan and liaison with Bank & NBFIs
• Preparation and checking of voucher, bills and reconciliation of Bank statement on daily basis.
• Preparation & maintenance of DSE monthly report (Net Capital, Consolidated Customer Account, Financial Netting & Dealer monthly Deposit, Monthly total buy sale information).
• Proficient with back office Software
• Any other jobs that may be assigned from time to time comes into force.

Educational Requirements

• MBA / M.Com in Accounting.
• CA (CC)/ ACMA Partly qualified will be given preference
• Skills Required: Accounting, Accounting Software, Analytical Skills, Auditing, Business Analysis

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 35 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Finance/ Accounts
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Share Brokerage/ Securities House
• Strong computer skills especially MS office and Tally/ERP / Excel Sheet
• Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills required
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
• Should have strong communication skills in both Bengali and English
