Jobs Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall financial operations of the company, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to drive financial growth, profitability, and operational
- Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor financial performance, conduct financial analysis, and provide insights and recommendations to the senior management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and banking relationships to optimize liquidity and financial
- Oversee the coordination of audits, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Stay updated with industry trends, financial regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and enhance financial performance.
Requirements:
- Must have over 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional qualification (CA / Partly Qualified) is
- Proven work experience in a senior finance role, such as Head of Accounts & Finance, AGM Accounts & Finance, in Food & Beverage
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in managing financial operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the FMCG industry or a similar fast-paced environment is
