The Operation Head of Real Estate plays a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the operational aspects of real estate assets and developments. This senior-level position is fundamental in ensuring that the strategic direction of the company's real estate portfolio is aligned with its overall business goals. The Operation Head of Real Estate Operations is responsible for optimizing operational efficiency, managing staff, and ensuring the profitability of real estate activities.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

The primary responsibilities of a The Operation Head of Real Estate Operations include the oversight of day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and direct supervision of real estate developments and projects. This role involves coordinating with various departments such as finance, marketing, and construction to ensure seamless operations across all platforms. The position also requires a focus on maximizing revenue while minimizing operational costs and managing risks associated with real estate management and investments.

Jobs Responsibilities

The Operation Head of Real Estate Operations is typically expected to handle numerous tasks that include:

• Developing operational strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Managing budgets and financial plans for real estate properties and initiatives.
• Overseeing lease management and ensuring compliance with regulations and laws.
• Supervising real estate assets, ensuring they are well-maintained and profitable.
• Conducting market analysis to inform property positioning and pricing.
• Liaising with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Implementing technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of real estate professionals.

• BSc /MSc in Civil Engineering (BUET, RUET, CUET, KUET & others public or foreign university)

Experience

• 15+ Years Proven experience in Real Estate Company

Additional Requirement

• Age 40 to 50 years

• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong technical acumen with a keen interest in staying updated on technological advancements.
• Strong understanding of design principles and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals.
