Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an effective Strategy for improving sales performance to achieve profitability and sales growth.
- Create marketing presentations and carry out formal presentations.
- Communicated with clients’ requirements, developed and maintained strong client relationships.
- Develop and manage new and existing clients by providing high-quality services, and exploring and identifying all their needs
- Manage client’s/projects receivables and cash collections in light of monthly target basis.
- Contacting potential and existing customers over phone/ telemarketing.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints on priority basis.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly of the sales targets.
- Arrange project visits for the clients as per requirement and Collect the required documents from customers.
- Communicate and consult with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Visit prospective clients, develop & update customer database
- Manage negotiations and offers between buyers and sellers
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on trends, pricing, and competition
- Develop & implement a sales/marketing program for achieving sales target as per company declared policy Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents.
- Lead, Monitor and motivate team for achieving Organization target.
- Provide training and coaching to improve team performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Experience
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architecture, real estate Sales & Marketing or a related field
Additional Requirement Skills:
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.
