Jobs Responsibilities
It Asset Inventory management
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT asset inventory, tracking the lifecycle of hardware and software assets.
- Implement and oversee inventory control procedures to ensure accurate records and compliance with organizational policies.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to optimize asset utilization and minimize risks.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to forecast future asset needs and budget requirements.
It Asset Procurement
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of IT asset procurement processes, including hardware, software, and licenses.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms, pricing, and licensing agreements.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to meet organizational needs.
- Work closely with accounts and budgeting teams to ensure cost-effective procurement practices.
It Support
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems promptly.

- Work hours : From 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field..
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of successful inventory management, procurement, and IT support.
Additional Requirement
- Age 20 to 25 years

- In-depth knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management, procurement processes, and industry best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
