Job Context

A4 Admission Limited is a looking for a dedicated and highly motivated Customer Care Relationship Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
• Provide information about products and services to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely solutions.

Education

• Graduation and should be expert in English Speaking

Experience

• 1-3 Years Proven experience in Customer Care in English Speaking with clients

Additional Requirement

• Gender: Female only
• Language Skills: Excellent spoken English skills are a must. The interview will be conducted in English, and candidates who are not fluent in English will not be selected. Hindi speaking is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
• Location: Candidates from Uttara will be given preference.
• Work Arrangement: Full-time, Work from Office
