Omera Petroleum Limited (OPL) is a safety, health and environment compliant organization that has established a name in the industry as the biggest and most sophisticated LPG Storage and Distribution Facility including LPG Storage, LPG Cylinder Filling Centre and LPG Truck Loading Bays. Now it is looking an Internship on Human Resources.

Jobs Responsibilities

This is a Human Resources Internship role for a candidate willing to perform on-site duties in Dhaka. The selected intern will assist the Human Resources team with daily operations, maintain HR databases, support HR policies and procedures management, handle employee benefits, assist with personnel management, and perform any other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements

• Age 22 to 24 years
• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) concepts and principles Understanding of HR Management practices and procedures Ability to support and maintain HR policies and procedures Experience handling employee benefits and administrative tasks Knowledge of Personnel Management principles Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bangla
