Jobs Responsibilities

 

• Welcome and escort customers to their tables with necessary needs.
• Provide menu and provide detailed information
• Support all the facilities so that the guests coming to the lounge do not have any problem.
• Offer menu recommendations upon request
• The tea or food of the guest's order is given in front of the guest in a beautiful way and the guests are informed about the tea
• Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a order slips.
• Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
• Serve food and drink orders
• Gaining knowledge about different teas and practicing it regularly and selling displayed tea.
• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems
• Deliver checks and collect bill payments accurately.
• Carry dirty plates, glasses to kitchen for cleaning
• If necessary, all emergency work must be done.
