- We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals with a diploma in textiles or a related field to join our team as Junior Dyeing and Finishing Technicians. This entry-level position is tailored for fresh diploma holders who are eager to embark on a rewarding career in the field of dyeing and finishing. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience in operating and maintaining dyeing and finishing equipment.
- Assist in the setup and operation of dyeing and finishing machinery under the guidance of experienced technicians.
- Learn to monitor and control processes to ensure the production of high-quality finished products.
- Work closely with experienced technicians to understand and participate in color matching activities.
- Assist in the formulation of dye recipes based on color specifications and fabric types.
- Support quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet established specifications.
- Learn to identify and address deviations from quality standards under supervision.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Actively participate in implementing changes to enhance the overall performance of the dyeing and finishing complex.
- Learn to conduct routine checks on machinery and assist in troubleshooting operational issues.
- Support preventive maintenance activities on dyeing and finishing machinery.
- Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards.
