Jobs Responsibilities
- Act with recruitment & selection procedure of workers, staffs and officers
- Maintain HR database
- Prepare & issue ID cards for workers and staffs
- Prepare & issue increment letter, promotion letter & transfer letter to workers and staffs according to approval by the top management
- Maintain Bio-Metric database for insurance
- Prepare and issue letter for outgoing workers
- Proper documentation of personal file, record of employees/ staffs
- Ensure that attendance report, Leave Record, salary and OT sheets are prepared as per local law
- Prepare Salary sheet and pay slip
- Prepare the bills - final settlement, subsistence allowance etc.
- Arrange training program for workers & staffs on PPE, MSDS, salary break down, leave procedure, first aid, grievance procedure, firefighting, health & safety, compensation, benefit etc.
- Proper documentation of all meeting and training documents
- Deal with disciplinary action of employees & staffs
- Deal with buyers in connection with compliance issues
- Any other task assigned by management

- BBA (Major in HRM/ MGT) or Masters in Management with PGDHRM from any reputed University..;
Experience
- At least 1 year
