Job Context

 

Job Responsibilities

• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance responding to breakdowns.
• Diagnosing faults, repairing equipment, supervising engineering and technical staff. Obtaining special components, fixtures and fittings.
• Managing budgets maintaining statistical and financial records ensuring compliance with health and safety.
• To reduce breakdown of machine with proper root cause analysis and effective troubleshooting.
• To prepare annual budget for maintenance and CAPEX proposal as per requirement.
• To make sure spare requisition on time by co-ordination with inventory management.
• To carry out installation & commissioning works of new machines.

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university.
• Skills Required: mechanical maintenance

Experience Requirements

• 7 to 10 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Heavy Duty Manufacturing Industry

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 27 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Candidates must have experience in Maintenance related works in heavy manufacturing Industries.
• Candidates should have experience on installation & commissioning of new machines.
• Must have sound knowledge on basic Electrical, Electronics and Mechanical maintenance work.
• Should have strong personality, proven leadership, trouble shooting skills & have capability to work under pressure.
• Should be good team player and target oriented.
• Should have good communication skill.
• Should be proactive, innovative and energetic.
