So Masco Group is hiring Management Trainee Officer - Corporate HR

 

Jobs Responsibilities

• Support HR team for smooth functioning of HR related task.
• Actively engage in various HR and OD projects.
• Provide support to Recruitment & Selection process.
• Assist in maintaining employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Update HR software in regular basis.
• Supporting the Learning & Development programs.
• Assist in formulating policy development procedure.
• Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Arts (MA) in English
• CGPA minimum 3.00.
• University of Dhaka,Jahangirnagar University,North South University,BRAC University,Bangladesh University of Professionals students will get preference

Experience

• At most 1 year
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
