Jobs Responsibilities
- Support HR team for smooth functioning of HR related task.
- Actively engage in various HR and OD projects.
- Provide support to Recruitment & Selection process.
- Assist in maintaining employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Update HR software in regular basis.
- Supporting the Learning & Development programs.
- Assist in formulating policy development procedure.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
