Job Responsibilities
Analyzing data and market trends to ensure smooth business operation.
Participating in meetings, workshops and other learning opportunities.
Developing strategies to achieve business goals.
Implementing operational excellence across the company.
To set out road map of business goals.
To ensure effective and smooth co-ordination between concern departments timely.
To manage all day-to-day operational activities of the respective concern.
Work with other managers to plan and direct the work of the organization.
Assist to formulate position.
Periodic evaluation for future-plan.
Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage business situations.
Work with and through management to develop and implement actions that protect company assets and profitability.
Any other duties as & when required by the position.

Educational Requirements
Graduation/BBA/Masters/MBA/MBM/BSc/MSc in Engineering from any reputed university. (Local & Foreign)
Additional Requirements
Age 22 to 30 years

Must be fluent in English & Bengali.
