Jobs Responsibilities

• Responsible for Bond License renewal, Customs Audit and related issues with Customs Bond.
• Follow up UD /UP formalities against all import and export of the group.
• To maintain in-bond and ex-bond register with customs.
• Look after the job of General Bond.
• Prepare and ensure required documentations for Bond License/Audit for renewal
• Prepare customs book entry as per UD/UP and add HS code consumption
• Follow up Annual Import Permission with customs bond.
• Include all Machinery and new raw material whenever imported.
• Follow up and Prepare PRC of Bank for customs bond audit.
• Obtain/renewal of all licenses (e.g. ERC, IRC, Trade License, TIN, VAT, EPB and Fire License). and all other related licenses from authority.
• Perform related work of Board of Investment, Chief controller of Import & Export (CCI&E)
• To maintain a strong liaison with the Customs office and other government bodies for smooth running of the group

Experience

• At least 7 years

Additional Requirement

• Age 32 to 40 years
• Only Male
• 7 (s) years practical experience with 3(s) years' experience as a Bond Manager in commercial department related with customs bond license issues.
• Should be adept in handling Bond license issue, Customs Auditing, UD, UP, IP, EP, Entitlement, license renewal etc. of a large group/Knit Composite Garments & / Textile / Denim/ Packaging /Spinning industry. The incumbent will have to work independently and ensure smooth implementation of all the customs related jobs independently.
• Computer skills in MS-Office, MS Excel, Windows OS. PDF, e-mail and internet browsing.
• Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
• Self - motivated, confident, proactive and target oriented.
• Adequate Knowledge about H.S. Code, L/C Clauses, PSI, Customs and bonded warehouse matter, Customs Audit, Bill of Lading and other shipping documents, Certificate of Origin and undertaking, Bond License, Vessel Schedule, Invoice, Packing list, UP, UD, GSP, EXP, BGMEA, BKMEA, NBR & other delegates etc.
• Must be updated on the latest Customs and International Trade Laws is essential to be proficient in this position.
• Knowledge about handle of Port and Customs Operation effectively.
• Should have good analytical ability and high-level professional integrity.
• Performing any other jobs assigned by top management.
