This multifaceted role requires a candidate with a unique blend of design prowess, marketing expertise, and technical expertise. So Nasa is hiring Manager - Denim Marketing

 

Jobs Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive marketing plans for denim products, aligning with overall brand objectives and business goals
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth in the denim market segment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, design, and sales to ensure cohesive and successful product launches and campaigns
• Create compelling and targeted marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.) to effectively reach the denim target audience
• Manage the budget allocated for denim marketing activities and optimize spending to achieve maximum ROI
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generating reports, and providing insights to drive continuous improvement
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and credibility in the denim market
• Responsible for achieving the sales target & service.
• To create/develop new customers.
• To ensure customer satisfaction & handling buyers accounts.
• Should have links with all kinds of foreign reputed buyers and have the ability to get unlimited export orders.
• To maintain the all database and other records of agreement and correspondence with the relevant stakeholder.
• Being proactive and completing critical aspects of denim-based market research-based projects and handle matters expeditiously.
• Proper execution of order ensuring on time shipment with right quality and quantity
• Coordinate with Factory for all the news/repeat/development orders.
• Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Education

• B.Sc in Textile Engineering / MBA in Marketing from any reputed University.

Experience

• 7 to 10 years

Additional Requirement

• Age 30 to 35 years
• Only Male
• Should be experience in the Denim marketing
• Superior verbal and written communication skill
• Must have excellent knowledge on Denim.
• Computer literacy is a must.
• Fluent in English both oral & written.
• Should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality.
• Should have a strong analytical approach towards building business strategies and implantation.
• Good leadership qualities with excellent skills on training and skill imparting.
• Should have strong communication/negotiation skills.
• Should have a high sense of responsibility and accountability.
