This multifaceted role requires a candidate with a unique blend of design prowess, marketing expertise, and technical expertise. So Jamuna Group is hiring Manager (HR & Compliance)

     

    Jobs Responsibilities

    • Have to ensure policy, procedure, SOP, HR plans and management decisions are practiced properly.
    • Have to experience handle crisis Management, Worker’s conflict, Capable to minimize workers demand issues.
    • Maintaining Performance Management System (PMS) effectively.
    • Manpower planning and budgeting with effective manner.
    • Ensure 100% implementation of buyer's COC, Labor Law 2006 & 2018 and BLR-2015 including Govt. Textile Gazette 2018 & RMG Gazette 2023.
    • Direction & control overall HR & Compliance department and its activities.
    • To develop, upgrade and implement HR & Compliance policies as per local law and different Buyer’s code of conduct.
    • Ensure happy working environment with employee satisfaction.
    • Handling disciplinary & grievance issues of the organization according to company policy and law.
    • Attendance monitoring, leave management, Salary Management.
    • To Maintaining HR & Compliance issues of workers in each month.
    • Follow up employee/labor relation & legal affairs work.
    • Provide & arrange motivational strategy and different motivational programs like Leadership, Positive Attitude, Fire & Electrical safety & Compliance, Basic Labor Law, KPI, House Keeping, Team Work.
    • To improve workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staffs, attend participation committee meeting and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.
    • Initiative training & development activities to develop skill & competency to subordinates and other employees of the organization.
    • Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staffs on compliance issues. Maintain relationship with BTMA, BKMEA, BGMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, RAB, Local Influencers, Labor Federation and government agencies.
    • To maintain overall factory security and safety protocol with effective manner.
    • Any other task assigned by the management as and when required.

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Department, Business Administration from Reputed University. MBA degree preferred. PGD in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Compliance or Industrial Management will be an advantage.

      Garments, Spinning

    Additional Requirement

    • Only Male can apply
    • Age 32 to 40 years
    • Must have knowledge on staffing, manpower budgeting, hiring, training & training development, compensation, PMS, sectional KPI & firing.
    • Knowledge on Labor law, ILO, local rules & regulations & legal compliance/code of conduct practices. Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bangla & English.
    • Record keeping attributes - policy, procedure & SOP, Audit report & Cap, Legal documents etc.
    • Self-driven and innovative attitude and have problem solving and decision making skills with capability to work in teams.
    • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
    • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
