We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing and Branding Manager to oversee the comprehensive marketing strategies and implementation for a healthcare center and its affiliated entities, including a doctor consultation cum diagnostic center, physiotherapy center, IPD wellness center, pharmacy, restaurant, and a health food brand. This multifaceted role requires a candidate with a unique blend of design prowess, marketing expertise, and technical expertise.
Jobs Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies for the healthcare center and associated businesses.
- Identify and target key customer segments, including high-value clients, through data analysis and market research.
- Initiate data driven personalized promotional campaigns to engage and retain customers.
- Utilize design thinking to create visually appealing and effective promotional materials, including brochures, booklets, and digital assets.
- Collaborate with in-house or external designers to bring creative concepts to life and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of online visibility.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Engage in face-to-face interactions with clients, neighbors, and external stakeholders to promote our brands.
- Devise and implement community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility in the local area.
- Leverage technology for data-driven decision-making and to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Demonstrate a high level of technical proficiency, staying current with advancements in technology, social media, and web browsing.

- Proven experience in graphic design, with proficiency in tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of design principles and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals.
