    Jobs Responsibilities

    • We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to design and oversee our company’s hiring. To be successful in this role, recruitment managers should have an excellent academic background and HR experience in screening, evaluating and hiring candidates. Ultimately, Recruitment managers will manage our recruitment process to ensure qualified candidates to meet our company’s current and future need.
    • To update and redesign recruiting procedure as per requirement. (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
    • To supervise the recruitment team and report on its performance
    • To keep track of recruiting metrics
    • To implement new sourcing methods
    • To advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
    • To give recommendation for improving our branding through recruitment process
    • To coordinate with concern department to forecast future hiring needs
    • To stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
    • To participate in job fairs and career events
    • To hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
