Jobs Responsibilities

• We are looking for Manager Sales to strategize and execute marketing plans for Plastic and Toys, focusing on market penetration and new development for Kids’ Toys.
• Manage product promotion, pricing structures, and sales budgets.
• Drive inventory turnover, develop dealer networks, and identify new market opportunities through analysis.
• To preparing Marketing Strategy, Sales Program, and Promotional Plan for Plastic and Toys Product to get edge over competitors.
• To market Penetration & New Market Development Plan for Kids’ Toys Product.
• To prepare and execute Product Promotion Matrix.
• To prepare and update COGS structure of products with associated price change of different parameters.
• To prepare and execute monthly/yearly product-wise sales budget as per SOP.
• To prepare monthly/yearly promotional plan for the given portfolio.
• To prepare monthly Rolling Forecast (ROFO).
• To manage & Improve Inventory Turnover Ratio (DSI).
• To developing Dealers and Retailers for the responsible portfolio.
• To searching New Market Opportunity through analyzing local and international market.

Experience

• At least 5 years

Additional Requirement

• Age 30 to 40 years
• 5+ years of experience in Plastic Industry (specially in kids toy’s).
• Strong communication abilities.
• Ability to lead a team.
• Deep understanding of the product or service being sold.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data.
