Jobs Responsibilities
- Training Needs Assessment: Identify and assess training needs through various methods like job analysis, skills gaps, and consultation with stakeholders.
- Training Program Development: Design and develop training programs (including eLearning) that target specific business needs and objectives.
- Delivery Methods: Implement a variety of training methods including instructor-led training, online learning, and blended learning approaches.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external training vendors, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage training budgets, optimizing resources for maximum impact.
- Evaluation and Measurement: Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to measure their impact on employee performance and business goals.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to align training initiatives with organizational goals and strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development
