Jobs Responsibilities
- Manager – Yarn Procurement will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring a steady and cost-effective supply of high-quality yarn to meet the production needs.
- Generating and implementing efficient sourcing and procurement management policies.
- Managing and purchasing orders and making payments as well managing transport.
- Following – Up merchandising, production & yarn dispatchment.
- Optimizing sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency.
- Maintaining Vendors assessment for continuous developing a pool of good vendors and building a long-term sustainable relationship with them.
- Conducting a market survey on a regular basis to forecast demand of yarn.
- Developing proper MIS for monitoring & control of all indents.
- Keeping a check on issuance and consumption of yarn.
- Negotiating and Re-negotiating vendor contracts in favor of the company.
- Sourcing potential suppliers on a regular basis, Evaluating Suppliers' qualification & proposals through comparative study and preparation of Purchase Orders.
- Ensure that all practices are consistent with company guidelines and regulations.

Additional Requirement
- Age at least 32 years
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing setting and proven experience in production operation management, production/Operation Management, in industrial sector such as yarn division.
- Applicants should have experience in the following areas: Yarn procurement.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of bale management, yarn, production planning
- Ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
