Jobs Responsibilities

• Market Analysis and Research:
• Brand Strategy Development:
• Media Relations:
• Visual Identity:
• Digital Marketing
• Brand Management and Integration:
  Monitor brand performance and perception through metrics and feedback.
  Make adjustments to the brand strategy as necessary based on market changes and results.
  Ensure that the brand is integrated into all aspects of the company, from products and services to customer service and employee culture.
• Collaboration:
  Collaborate with various teams, including sales, design, writing, and product development, to ensure brand consistency.
• Event Management:
  Plan and coordinate PR events, such as press conferences, product launches, and promotional events.
  Manage logistics and ensure effective media coverage of events.
  
  BONUS: Having basic technical understanding of how a tech company works is a plus.

• At Office
• Workday & Hour: Monday – Friday (5 Days a week). 40 hours per week. Open to working outside traditional work hours but will still be limited to 8 hours per day. This is not a strict requirement but there might be meetings to attend outside 9-5 timings.

Education

• Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing

Experience

• At least 1-2 years

Additional Requirement

• Age 28 to 40 years
• Both Male and female
• Fluency in both Bangla and English language.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing,
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing and/or commercial division.
• Solid track record of executing successful digital marketing campaigns
  Proficiency in performance marketing, SEO know-how, social media, web advertising, and graphics will be an added advantage.
• Strong background in developing and maintaining brand identity and consistency.
• Experience in digital analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with various marketing channels and strategies, both digital and traditional.
• Skilled in Social Media Marketing (SMM), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Media Planning and Buying (MPB)

Salary

• BDT 25,000 - 35,000
