Give sales feedback, address different opportunities with improvement area and set individual's target.
Finds ways to sell products in the market.
To ensure that Sales Forces are getting proper coaching, guidelines, motivation and support to the respective DSM, ASM & SPO
Achieve organizational goal by achieving month to month given target through sincere efforts and leadership skills.
All the above experience should be focus on the plastic product instance as Onetime disposable item of Cup, Glass, Bowl, Plate, Bottle, Jar, CSD Cap, varieties item of Ice cream cup etc.
