Jobs Responsibilities: Warehouse & Logistics
- Organize Warehouse Management works, such as: inbound, outbound.
- Complete inventory booking in the SAP system
- Keep all Ledger and Voucher Up-to-date
- Issue Raw Material to production and receive Finished Goods from production
- Perform periodic stocktaking
- Daily/ Weekly /Monthly Exception & Aging Reports
- Sales VAT related work such as, maintaining Purchase Register (6.1), Sales Register (6.2), Input output coefficient (4.3)
- Manage own delivery and pickup riders
- Prepare Daily weekly, monthly Chalan statement
- Make route plan for own riders and delivery truck based on requirements
- Ensure delivery on time
- Claim and information collection about damage product return from carriers
- Plan and track product receive from own shops
- Maintain of Vehicle logbook, history book

Experience
- At least 4 years of experience in logistics operation
Additional Requirement
- At least 6 years of experience in warehouse operation including management of import &
- .Working experience in SAP

- General knowledge on computer – excel & word file
