Job Context

 

Job Responsibilities

• Ensuring overdue recovery & payment dues to be collected from customers with proper planning and responding to credit & collection-related inquiries.
• Negotiating payment arrangements with customers and influencing to collect market due.
• Conducting regularly scheduled field visits as well as surprising visits to ensure credit policies and procedures are properly implemented and followed by the field staff.
• Ensuring documentation of all collection-related reports, work plans, and office correspondence.

Educational Requirements

• Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Only males are allowed to apply
• Work experience in credit control/ recovery is mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills along with good interpersonal skills.
• The incumbent must be willing to work hard for long hours under pressure.
