Job Context

Are you a recent graduate / passionate student studying Nutrition and Food Science or Pharmacy? Are you eager to apply your knowledge and skills in a practical setting? Look no further! We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team for a paid internship that combines the fields of Food and Nutrition Science and Pharmacy.

Jobs Responsibilities

• Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks related to patient counseling and support, such as maintaining patient records, documenting interactions, and ensuring accurate data entry.
• Patient Support: Act as a knowledgeable resource for patients, addressing their questions and concerns regarding nutrition and our products in a clear and intelligent manner. Assist patients in making informed decisions regarding their dietary choices.
• Call Center Support: Collaborate with our call center team to handle incoming inquiries from patients. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively address patient queries, provide guidance, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Patient Counseling: Provide comprehensive counseling to patients in various sectors of our organization, including reception, pharmacy, and over phone calls. Engage with patients to discuss the nutritional value of our products and provide valuable information regarding their dietary needs.
• Continuous Learning: Show eagerness to enhance your knowledge and skills by actively participating in training programs and workshops offered by our organization. As a reward for outstanding performance, you may be given an opportunity to partake in an online certificate course on Nutrition from a prestigious institute in the USA.

• Currently enrolled / recent graduate in BSc Nutrition & Food Science BPH in Community Nutrition BPH in Health Promotion & Health Education BPH in Environmental Health & Safety BSc Food Technology Bachelor of Pharmacy

Additional Requirement

• Age 18 to 29 years
• Strong knowledge of nutrition principles, dietary guidelines, and supplements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate patients effectively with a customer friendly voice and proper pronunciation in Bengali.
• Proficient in handling patient inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving concerns.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and administrative skills.
• Prior customer service experience will be given preference.
• Prior experience in surveying will be given preference
