Job Responsibilities

• SOP and Process follow generation for new products.
• Wastage & Process loss minimization.
• Improves productivity by designing, implementing and testing.
• 5S, Six Sigma & Lean Implementation.
• Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows.
• Manufacturing Problem Analysis and Solution.
• Assembly Process Troubleshooting and Support for Smooth Production.
• Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc from Industrial Production Engineering (IPE) / Mechanical Engineering (ME) from any reputed university.
• Skills Required: Process engineering

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 3 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  kitchen appliances

Additional Requirements

• Age 22 to 30 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Candidates having relevant experience in rice cooker, gas stove, kitchen hood & other kitchen appliances will get preference.
• Develop, configure and optimize current processes.
• Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data.
• Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes.
• Perform process simulations.
• Perform risk assessments.
• Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
