Job Responsibilities
Conduct training program for farmers, officers, & Pesticides Dealers.
Prepare power point presentation & show through Multimedia.
Organize field demonstration on different Agro products at field level.
Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
Develop new product idea according to market demand and gap to compete in the ever-changing market situation.
Branding and positioning of strategic products for easy penetration in Agro market and ensuring sustainable growth.
Meet/visit Agriculture office time to time.

Additional Requirements
Age 22 to 33 years
3 years' experience in Pesticides/ Fisheries / Agro based Company are preferable.
