Job Responsibilities

• To develop and implement QC strategical plan to meet the international standards and ensure best output to AC Production.
• To prepare standard test procedure/standard operation procedure/operational key point whenever needed.
• To develop in Line-QC member to maintain best quality inspection.
• Monitoring all process for faults and improvements and make corrective action plan.
• Discuss regular quality issues with concern department and arrange quality control meeting.
• Work on process and product fault analysis and develop strategic plan to reduce defects.
• Maintain in line supervision and day to day updates.
• Perform weekly/monthly reporting of defects and analyze for corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain TQM.

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Quality Control Management
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Additional Requirements

• Age 27 to 32 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Must have basic knowledge on VRF Air Conditioning and Refrigeration systems.
• Candidates having work experience in similar factory will get preference.
• Must have strong knowledge on Kaizen, PDCA, Six-Sigma, Lean, TQM, AQL,8D Report, 5 why etc types of methodology and quality approach.
• Must have experience in fault analysis, nonconformity of process, quality improvement of products by strategical and technical approach.
• Must have strong IT Skill.
• Must have strong communication and leadership skill.
• Capability to work under pressure.
• Must be a quick learner, self-motivated, target oriented.
