So we are hiring now Raw Materials Store Manager.
Jobs Responsibilities
- Responsible for the Overall Management (Team, Inventory, Space) of the Store operations;
- Ensure best practices and meeting quality and compliance standards to achieve key results;
- Follow-up and monitor all functions of the Inventory management;
- Ensure goods Outbound and Inbound functions, Proper inventory tracking, receiving, storage and movements;
- Check materials in-house status, inventory report & inform to related concern person;
- Follow up Purchase Order, Inventory and ensure all in-house activities properly;
- Check materials availability as per Production plan and materials requirement;
- Follow up material on time supply and distribution as per Production requirement;
- Ensure the inventory accuracy, Housekeeping, WH cleanliness, safety and security; Follow and update WH activities as per respective Buyers/Retailers Compliance;
- Supervise loader's and supply man's activities;
- Receive Local and Import materials and deliver to other units physically;
- Maintain proper Documentation and Housekeeping works for buyer Audit and Compliance related Issue;
- Ensure proper Traceability follow up and file up and reserve all Store Document Properly;
- Maintain accurate stock and supply according to FIFO basis;
- Follow up BIN Card updating and always keep accurate physical inventory and match with ERP;
- Keep the warehouse neat & clean and well organize (as per compliance) and maintain 5-S;
- Ensure Chemical storing considering the Storage areas environment, temperature, containment, Hazardous condition, etc.;
- Follow up warehouse & employee safety facility (as per compliance);
- Conduct Monthly 100% physical counting of inventory;
- Ensure monthly period closing for ERP;
- Be aware of Customs visit and meet Customs requirements;
- Face Customs audit and ensure good result;
- Maintain co-operation and co-ordination with Production, Commercial, Logistics, C&F, UD, Transport, Accounts, Merchandising, BC and all other concern Departments;
- Take care of regular Export shipment works and plan as well;
- Any other tasks assigned by the Management.

- Masters in any discipline. Commerce background will be preferred.

- Age at most 45 years
- Should have experience in operating ERP software (Oracle/SAP);
- Must be good at operating Computer & its software.
