Job Context

The T K Group of Industries is a Bangladeshi industrial Conglomerate known for its vegetable oil business. It also has interests in steel, shipbuilding, pulp and paper, plastics, cement, and textiles. The conglomerate is headquartered in Chittagong. The group is one of the top VAT payers in the country. Now Need same samrt candidates in Sales Area Manager to be exact.

Job Responsibilities 

     01. Product Sales on the market 
     02. Market research and finding customer needed.
     03. Communication with customers and ensure the brand value creating on product and               customer needed. 
     04. Findings faults of products approach to the customers.
     05. Daily report and monthly report and yearly report of activities has been submitted                 according market demand and faults and its remedies.
     06. Candidates must a god excel expert on report and this report is needed to present by             power point by candidates on time to superior Authority.
     07. Communicate and develop strong network with clients for maintaining long term business       relationship.
     08. Analyze customer research current market condition and competitor information.
     09. Monitor accounts for outstanding bills and follow up for timely payments. 
     10. visit corporate clients on regular basis to boost up sales.
     11. Generate and monitor sales report and suggest improvements to enhance revenue.

Educational Requirements

• Master’s (Marketing)/MBA (Marketing).

Experience Requirements

• max. 4-7 Years’ experience in Food or similar in nature is a must.

Additional Requirements

• Special Skills/ Training/ Attributes: Good interpersonal and communication skills, analytical skills, Computer literate i.e. MS Office specially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Good writing proficiency in English and Bangla and convincing skills
• Good analytical skill.
• Problem solving skill.
• should have positive attitude.
