We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join the team in the role of Sales Representative (Mosquito Coil & Toiletries) for Sector- C, Bashundhara Group.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for direct sales in retail market.
• Collect Sales Order from the assigned area.
• Achieve monthly sales target and ensure delivery & availability of goods in every dealers point & Shops.
• Maintain good relationship with clients and work for future sales growth.
• Build strong relationship with channel partners & stakeholders.
• Sales Planning and Strategy for the Area for achieving Annual Operation Plan.
• Direct and coordinate the sales functions and personnel involved.
• Attend customer inquiry, quote price, follow-up orders & identify new opportunities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction & resolve customer complaints.
• Plan, organize and establish ensure the growth of Market Share
• Achieve sales target & increase market share etc.

Educational Requirements

• HSC/Graduation in marketing from any reputed University.
• Educational qualification may relaxed in case of experience.

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Sales & Marketing
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Manufacturing (FMCG)

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 22 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Experience in Mosquito Coil & Toiletires Industry.
• Candidates have to be smart, dynamic & Self-motivated.
• Able to work under minimum supervision & meet deadlines.
• Can do work under pressure
• Sound knowledge on MS Office.
