Job Context

 

Managing Security Guards as Security Incharge/ Supervisor of Textile Mills and ensuring security of the establishment.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitoring, controlling and ensuring day-to-day safety of factory security.
• Movement of staff and visitors, security of premises, goods and vehicles etc
• Implementing the protocol.
• Supervising and keeping records of loading and unloading of products/materials.
• Monitoring of incidents, complaints, investigations, theft, assault, loss etc.
• Perform emergency response as necessary
• Managing roster of security guards.
• Besides, performing ancillary duties as per the instructions of the management authority depending on the needs of the organization.
• Supervising all types of assets and goods of the organization including maintenance.
