The Security Manager is responsible for service to our guests, the security and safety of all hotel guests and employees, and property loss prevention. Please note that this is an active working position. Your primarily assignment will be at the greeting location and perimeter coverage, in front of the hotel or as needed. As a Security Manager, you are responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of security personnel, interacting with guests, coordinating with government and law enforcement agencies, and organizing patrolling of the property to deliver a safe guest and staff experience
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate the activities of all the security personnel.
Develop and implement security policies, protocol and procedures.
Ensure safety and security of guests, workers and hotel building as well.
Conduct a regular meeting with all the security staff and assign their duties and schedule properly.
Train new employees according to the corporate specification and give proper instruction.
Conduct walk through observation if any suspicious person entering, exiting or loitering around the hotel.
Keep record of all the visitors.
Develops and maintains a monthly checklist for all CCTV equipment, alarmed doors, and panic /duress alarms to ensure that they are fully functional.
Implements action plans to monitor and control risk. Examine doors, windows, and corridors to determine that they are secure. Unlock doors necessary for the AM shift. Examine doors, windows, and corridors to determine that they are secure. Unlock doors necessary for the AM shift.
Crime prevention and investigation.
Be available 24 hours a day for genuine emergencies within the property.
Record and notify all risks, deviations from hotels safety standards and any untoward incidents.
Follows up on all unusual activities in and around the property that would impair the wellbeing of guests and employees.
Establish crisis management and contingency planning.
Keeping up-to-date with world news and hospitality security trends as well as plenty of other duties.

Qualifications Requirements:
Minimum 5-6 years’ experience in hospitality sector.
Strong ability to prioritize, organize, and manage competing priorities
Be able to make quick decisions, work in a fast paced and diverse work environment.
