Jobs Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment & selection process and ability to work in a team to improve existing HR processes
- Preparation / Issue letters, office order & circular in respect of HR issues
- Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview
- Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation, and confirmation related work
- Maintain documentation in Personal File and others related with HR Department
- Must be able to work with HRIS Software, skills of handling Payroll Software
- Improve Employees/workers and management relationship and ensuring comfortable environment at workplace
- Establish a reward culture based on work performance and motivate all staff to act accordingly
- Conduct analysis on absenteeism and turnover and take appropriate actions to reduce them
- Take initiative to increase the level of motivation of the employees and staff by counseling, awareness programs, discipline, team building activities and unsatisfactory performance etc.
- Check and verify all final settlements of resigned, dismissed or terminated employees
- Execute day to day HR related activities like monitoring attendance and leaves
- Defining SOP and processes and setting KPI & ROI for each role
- Ensure timely salary disbursement, on time employee appraisal, confirmation etc.
- Assist in timely performance appraisal process
- Any other task assigned by management

- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management from any reputed university/institution PGDHRM will get preference from BIM
Experience
- 3 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, Spinning
Additional Requirement
- Age 28 to 40 years
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law
- Candidates having payroll processing experience will be preferred
