Manager, HR & Compliance

    Jobs Responsibilities

    • Assist in recruitment & selection process and ability to work in a team to improve existing HR processes
    • Preparation / Issue letters, office order & circular in respect of HR issues
    • Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview
    • Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation, and confirmation related work
    • Maintain documentation in Personal File and others related with HR Department
    • Must be able to work with HRIS Software, skills of handling Payroll Software
    • Improve Employees/workers and management relationship and ensuring comfortable environment at workplace
    • Establish a reward culture based on work performance and motivate all staff to act accordingly
    • Conduct analysis on absenteeism and turnover and take appropriate actions to reduce them
    • Take initiative to increase the level of motivation of the employees and staff by counseling, awareness programs, discipline, team building activities and unsatisfactory performance etc.
    • Check and verify all final settlements of resigned, dismissed or terminated employees
    • Execute day to day HR related activities like monitoring attendance and leaves
    • Defining SOP and processes and setting KPI & ROI for each role
    • Ensure timely salary disbursement, on time employee appraisal, confirmation etc.
    • Assist in timely performance appraisal process
    • Any other task assigned by management

    Education

    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
    • BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management from any reputed university/institution PGDHRM will get preference from BIM

    Experience

    • 3 to 7 years
    • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
      Garments, Group of Companies, Spinning

    Additional Requirement

    • Age 28 to 40 years
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law
    • Candidates having payroll processing experience will be preferred
