Jobs Responsibilities

• How Are You Textile Industry Limited is a knit fabric mill, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Officer with specialized expertise in Dyeing for the Puma and M&S 1st Bulk. If you are a proactive individual with a deep understanding of dyeing processes and passion for achieving outstanding results, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
  
  
• Oversee the entire dyeing process from fabric preparation to final product.
• Utilize your expertise in color matching to achieve precise and consistent color outcome as per customer requirements.
• Lab recheck assessment & select best shade with buyer STD.
• 1st Bulk approval from buyer on time.
• Smart dyeing SOP setting.
• Recipe adjustment for Bulk to Bulk.
• Provide Dyeing instruction on the basis of shade category & fabric composition.
• One-page report maintain & hand over to production team.
• Quality check before submit to buyer.
• Advice about production friendly Trichrome.
• Train the employees on best practices related to the dye house operation.
• Make sure better decision making on Special shades to avoid internal or external customer complaints.
• Implement improvement plans to improve the quality & efficiency of the dye house.
• Maintaining an effective intra and inter departmental communication.
• Follow any other task assigned by the management.

Experience

• 4 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Garments, Textile

Additional Requirement

• Age 30 to 35 years
• Proven experience on handling Dyeing Production of Puma and M&S
• In-depth knowledge on dyeing
