At present there are 40 sister concerns, each specializing in different products and services.So City Group is hiring Shop Acquisition & Operations Manager- City Pavilion Sales Center

Jobs Responsibilities

• The incumbent will be responsible for acquiring and managing City Pavilion Sales Centers and overseeing their operations according to the criteria set by the company. Additionally, the Shop Acquisition & Operations Manager will be required to prepare necessary reports as per business requirements.
• Acquire & Manage City Pavilion Sales Centers as per the requirements.
• Monitor the operations of those sales centers according to the criteria set by the company.
• Prepare necessary reports as per business requirements.
• Employee training & management.
• Conduct daily field visits and monitor operations from the office.
• Travel extensively within assigned areas for acquisition and monitoring purposes.

Experience

Additional Requirement

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only male
• A Motorcycle is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience with a proven track record in the FMCG industry is preferable.
• Professional experience from Shawpno, Agora, Meena Bazar, Unimart, or other related retail business chain shops is preferable.
• Understanding of retail business and industry trends.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Experienced in POS.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets regularly.
• Master in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
