We are seeking a Specialist, Organizational Development who will contribute his/her expertise to our people development and engagement initiatives. To ensure success in this role, you should exhibit experience as a development specialist in a related industry and the ability to provide guidance on the allocation of resources.
Identify the development needs of each employee
Develop and facilitate soft skills modules as an in-house facilitator
Coordinate with external facilitators to run various learning interventions
Coordinate and implement various e-learning platforms and solutions
Lead the employee engagement initiatives for all management employees
Coordinate with the HoD's to complete the performance evaluation 2 times a year
Develop and implement various HR processes and policies
Run mental health awareness programs for management employees
Develop a variety of internal communications including presentations, announcements, blogs to be delivered to all employees
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
4 to 6 year(s)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven effective management skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Strong presentation skills.
Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
