This multifaceted role requires a candidate with a unique blend of design prowess, marketing expertise, and technical expertise. So Lanco is hiring Sr. Architect.

.Jobs Responsibilities:

• Support the Design Manager on developing and implementing successful design strategies and delivering high-quality projects.
• Support management of all facets of the design process from brief,
• Consultant appointment to Information for Construction or Tender and availability of the building permit or earlier stage if Design and Build strategy.
• Act as site-architect when representing client during project execution.
• Accountable for reviewing design submissions, using BIM models, to assure alignment to code, cost, quality and scope to the design brief and budget approved by Senior Management.
• Protect the company as a business and its clients for risks related to scope creep, cost, and quality and time increases.
• Workaround to find solutions for design issues and communicate these effectively using visualization of design intent and options in 2D or 3D, focus on Architecture as well as Interior Design
• Contribute in leading design consultants and perform day to day monitoring.
• Collaboration in the procurement process throughout the project design stages.
• Oversee site inspections to check and report on projects progress, and to confirm compliance with regulations and specifications.
• Maintain records and prepare reports related to design review and delivery.
• Set up and become guardian of the company material library.

Education

• BSc /MSc in Architecture (BUET, RUET, CUET, KUET & others public or foreign university)

Experience

• 6-8 Years Proven experience in Real Estate Company
• Proven experience in Real Estate Company

• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong technical acumen with a keen interest in staying updated on technological advancements.
• Strong understanding of design principles and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals.
