Job Context

The Manager of Commercial Department will be responsible for the overall commercial related activities of the company and must have experience in Electrical & electronics Industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Has to perform in all kinds of legal activities for BOND, Customs & Licensing.
• Has to perform all import related issues under Bond License Specially In-Bond, Allotment, Yearly customs Bond Audit, etc.& Issue & renewal General Bond, Signatory change etc.
• Must have sufficient knowledge in import & export, international business, Trading, Custom clearing & forwarding, negotiate & finalize with authority regarding Customs/Bank /LC/Freight Forwarding/ C&F/ Supply Chain etc. of Commercial Department of the company.
• Co-ordinate with custom, vat and others related Govt. Officials, LMFEAB, C & F Agents, Banks, Freight Forwarders, and Transport for Export & Import purpose etc.
• Execute, monitor and manage L/C related work which include- corresponding with vendors, opening L/C and its amendment, monitoring shipment, document requirement formalities and custom clearing.
• To be skilled on Industrial Raw materials, Machineries Equipment & Lighting Product & Consumer Product Import of the Group
