Perform all types of office and site works as an EHS Officer at manufacturing unit and project site.
Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of site safety, health and environmental activities.
Integrate EHS requirements into process execution plan and strategies including site coordination plans from construction through to commissioning.
Communicate EHS strategies, concerns and expectations to respective process/operational personnel and key stakeholders.
Regularly assess the site HSEMS to improve on any deviations, weaknesses or significant changes in the organization and Conduct daily inspection of manufacturing process work and activities to ensure compliance with government legislations and Company's regulations.
Identify the Hazard, estimate and evaluate the risk and Prepare risk assessment with adequate control measures.
Ensure work has been carried out as per approved risk assessment and the method statement.
Ensure that all accidents and incidents are thoroughly investigated; reported and appropriate corrective and preventive actions including the sharing of lessons learned are carried out in a timely manner.
Report HSE performance against leading and lagging indicators to the project management, group HSE and client representatives.
Review ESIA report and be familiar with its requirements, and obligations of relevant parties.
Promote and reinforce a strong HSE culture and reduce environmental impact in the yard.
Collaborate with other departments and contractors to develop and implement necessary Environmental, Social, Safety & Health Management plans.
Endorse the various Permit-To-Work Systems as authorized under the Company policy and Maintain high standard of housekeeping at site.
Giving site safety induction to all new employees and provide various safety training to supervisors, Engineers and other staffs.
Arrange third party inspections and assisting internal audit.

Computer proficient with windows applications, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Mozilla Firefox and other soft ware's operation.
Superior ability to achieve immediate and long-term goals.
Accustomed to working in fast paced environments with the ability to think quickly and successfully handle difficult clients.
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work well with others, in both supervisory or support staff roles.
Ability to work in under pressure and Decision making & time management skills.
Knowledge on ISO 45001 will get extra priority and will be desirable.
Candidate who have foreign EHS/HSE experience will be preferable.
Candidate will preferable also who have international based safety Courses, i.e IOSH, Height work Safety Course, Fire Fighting Training Course and other Safety related courses.
