This multifaceted role requires a candidate with a unique blend of design prowess, marketing expertise, and technical expertise. So Express Search Talent Solutions is looking Sr. Officer/ Executive-QA, R&D Food.

Jobs Responsibilities

• Implementing and practicing ISO 22000:2005 (FSMS), HACCP & cGMP procedures.
• Preservation of different mother cultures & ATCC Cultures.
• Preparation of Microbiological specifications, test procedures and SOP’s and ensure the procedures.
• Analyze the processes involving microorganisms in food to improve food production and food safety.
• Focus on the impact of beneficial/ harmful microorganisms related to food/ dairy technology.
• Concentrate on sanitation, packaging, preservation, storage, or distribution procedures.
• To improve the entire process for ice cream & dairy products.
• To Control and monitor the possible outbreaks of foodborne illness and track the origin and spread of the illness to prevent future outbreaks.
• Enhance quality consciousness to staff, disseminate quality information, and ensure quality/hygiene training to plant staff and casual workers.
• To maintain the Food microbiology Laboratory function.
• To maintain all Quality Assurance documents such as quality records, quality manuals etc.
• Investigated and adjusted customer complaints regarding quality.
• Overall management of Compliance and report to the head of QA, R&D Department.

Education

• Sc/ M.Sc from food technology/Biochemistry/Food and Nutrition/Biopharma

Experience

• 02-03 years of working experience in the R&D/QA field.

Additional Requirement

• Age 28 to 40 years
• Both Male and female
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
• Strong technical acumen with a keen interest in staying updated on technological advancements.
• Strong understanding of design principles and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals.
