Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

 

Experience

• At least 5-7 year(s) Experience as Sr. executive (Billing & Amp Contracting) of the Engineering Department of any renowned & reputed Real Estate Developer Company.

  

Additional Requirements

• High communication skill·
• Computer skill (M.S. Word, Excel, AutoCAD)·
• Supervision Skill

 

Responsibilities & Context

• All Contractors’ rate negotiation, bill checking & processing.
• Prepare the CS, BOQ, estimation, labor costs, material costs, equipment costs, ratio of overhead and other related costs.
• Generate contractor bill, verify bills, certify bills and check the physical bills visiting the sites.
• Respective Work order checking to confirm all terms and condition.
• Bill Submission to Audit and Co-Ordinate Certifying Hard copy of bill from audit.
• Processing Bill in ERP like Advance certificate Creating, Abstract Creating, and confirming BOQ from BPC.
• Before Earth Cutting or dismantling work at project, Verifying Work Quantity With Audit personal By physical visit.
• Prepare contractor rate analysis, analysis of variance claims by contractor and closing the same.
• Sourcing new contactors according to the construction plan.
