Vacancy                                :               Over 50 Vacancy in anywhere in Bangladesh on urgent basis. 

Job Responsibilities

1. Collect work order from Bank.
2. Visit land, building and other properties as asked by the Bank/FIs,
3. Report preparation as per prescribed formats,
4. Understanding mouza map and all sorts of Deed & documents of Land/Building/Apartment etc.
5. Understanding all sorts of legal documents like- C.S, S.A, R.S, B.S, mutation, Bia Deed, DCR, GRR, Porcha, Mouza Map etc.
6. Checking Mouza Rate & Market price of Land / property.
7. Determination of estimated cost of the civil work, etc.

   Employment Status

   Full-time

   Educational Requirements

   1.       HSC/ Graduate from any recognized university, who has interest in survey work,

   2.       Diploma Civil Engineer completed applicant will get preference.

   3.       Academic qualification is flexible for who have experience in working with survey farm as surveyor having at least one year experience.
