Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily sales & trade marketing activities.
• Maintain administrative activities.
• Enhance and maintain excellent trade relations with different traders and customers.
• Implement organizational policies & strategies to compete with competitors.
• Forecast market demand and achieve sales targets.
• Ensure sustainable growth of own market share.

Educational Requirements

• Masters in any discipline from any reputed public university.

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 32 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Candidates having 06 (Six) months of fieldwork experience in the FMCG Industry will get preference.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work under stress and pressure.
• Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges with commitment and honesty.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, hard-working, and willing to work anywhere in the country.
• Positive mental attitude to work in sales and marketing of Cigarette, Bidi & Match.

Salary

• Starting salary will be Tk. 40,000 with other fringe benefits as per company policy.
