Jobs Responsibilities
- Must be able to study Capacity in dry process and wet process in washing plant.
- Capable of making SMV in dry and wet process & set up shift wise target in every process.
- Assist in studying sample and find process breakdown and simplify process.
- Able to take new operators recruitment and skill test.
- Capable of making operator wise and machine wise target achieve report.
- Do the root cause analysis of major defect and find the way to reduce it, Operations scanning in every process.
- Have to monitor hourly and shift wise production.
- Able to provide Man & Machine projection for one/three months and critical process analysis if needed.
- Making Efficiency report and other reports as per Management requirement.
- Ensure process improvement along with chemical & Manpower saving.
- Assist in reducing Rework and Rewash in the plant.
- Brainstorming in developing new process for improvement.
- Implement IE tools & technique.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.

- Day and night both shifting duty required;
